Our GoalOur Goal

The goal of an auction is for the buyer to locate the right piece of farm equipment, household item or tract of land and acquire it at a fair market price. At the same time, the seller should leave knowing the strongest available market price was obtained. Micenheimer Auction Services believes careful planning, effective advertising and knowledge of the market are required to reach that goal. This can only be done through experience and dedication to the business of auctioneering.

We would like the opportunity to meet with you privately and confidentially to first discuss the options available to you. Then we can walk you through each aspect of the auction process before you make your decision. We can also generally share with you many successes of working with those who have experienced the satisfaction of positive results from an online auction. Please feel free to contact Jim at any time.
